Topic Thesaurus Networks, including our
affiliated companies (collectively, “Topic Thesaurus” or “we” or “our” or
“us”), knows that you care about how your personal information is used and
shared, and we take your privacy very seriously. Please read the following to
learn more about our privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”). In addition,
please read our terms of service (the “Terms of
Service”). By visiting or using one of our network of websites, applications,
products, software, data feeds, and services provided to you by "Topic
Thesaurus" (collectively, the “Service”), or viewing our Content
(“Content” includes the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds,
music, videos, audiovisual combinations, interactive features and other materials
you may view on, access through, or contribute to the Service), you are
accepting the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to
the collection and use of information from or about you in accordance with this
Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, then you may not use the Service.
This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of
personal information that we gather when you visit or use our Service. This
Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not
own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage. The Service
may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by
us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content,
privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. In addition, we
will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By
using the Service, you expressly relieve "Topic Thesaurus" from any
and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website.
1- Information Collected by Us.
We only collect personal information that is
relevant to the purpose of the Service. This information allows us to provide
you with a customized and efficient experience. We do not process this
information in a way that is incompatible with this objective. We collect the
following types of information from users of the Service:
a- Information You Provide to Us. We receive
and store any information you enter on the Service or provide to us in any
other way. For instance, we may collect information you provide to us if you
register on the Service, respond to surveys, contact us through customer
service or by other means, or participate in promotions that we may offer from
time to time. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but
then you may not be able to take advantage of many of our special features.
b- Automatic Information.
· We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact
with the Service. "Topic Thesaurus", and our authorized agents, automatically
receive and record certain “traffic data” on server logs, including your IP
address, cookie information, the page you requested, device and software
characteristics (such as type and operating system), location, activity on the
Service, ad data, referral URLs, device identifiers or other unique identifiers
such as advertising identifiers (e.g., "ad-ID" or "IDFA").
· This traffic data is used to help diagnose problems with servers,
analyze trends and administer the Service.
· We may collect and, on any page, display the total counts that page has
been viewed.
· Many companies offer programs that help you to visit or use the Service
anonymously. While we will not be able to provide you with a personalized
experience if we cannot recognize you, we want you to be aware that these
programs are available.
2- E-mail Communications.
We are very concerned about your privacy and we
will never provide your email address to a third party without your explicit
permission, as detailed in the “Sharing Your Information” section below. We may
send out e-mails with Zealot-related news, products, offers, surveys or
promotions.
3- Cookies and Similar Technologies.
· Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s
hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your
browser and tell us how and when pages in the Service are visited and by how
many people. Our cookies do not collect personal information, and we do not
combine information collected through cookies with other personal information
to tell us who you are or your screen name or e-mail address.
· The “help” portion of the toolbar on the majority of browsers will
direct you on how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to
command the browser to tell you when you receive a new cookie, or how to fully
disable cookies. We recommend that you leave the cookies activated because
cookies allow you to use some of the coolest features of the Service.
· In addition to cookies, we may use other technologies such as web beacons
or pixel tags, which can be embedded in web pages, videos, or emails, to
collect certain types of information from your browser, check whether you have
viewed a particular web page or email message, and determine, among other
things, the time and date on which you viewed the Content, the IP address of
your computer, and the URL of the web page from which the Content was viewed.
4- Third Party Advertising and Statistics –
Choices.
· We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit or
use the Service. These companies may use information (not including your name,
address email address or telephone number) about your visits and use of the
Service in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest
to you.
· In addition, we allow third parties to monitor the Service for the
purpose of reporting traffic, statistics, advertisements, “click-throughs”
and/or other activities, and such third parties may use cookies, web beacons
and other monitoring technologies to compile aggregate and anonymous statistics
about our users.
5- Google Analytics.
We use Google Analytics (“Google Analytics”), a
web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses
“cookies.” The information generated by the cookies about your use of the
Service (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google
on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the
purpose of evaluating your use of the Service, compiling reports on website
activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website
activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third
parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the
information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with
any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting
the appropriate settings on your browser, however, please note that if you do
this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of the Service. More

Disclosures) below. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of data

We neither rent nor sell your personal
information to anyone and we will share your personal information only as
described below.
· Personnel. Our personnel and authorized consultants and/or contractors
may have access to user information if necessary in the normal course of our

"Topic Thesaurus", or substantially all of its assets, were acquired,

· Protection of Zealot and Others. We may release personal information
when we believe in good faith that release is necessary to comply with a law;
to enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other policies; or to protect the
rights, property, or safety of "Topic Thesaurus", our employees, our
users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and
organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
· Syndication. We allow for the RSS syndication of public Content from the
Service.
8- Security of Your Information.
· Security Measures. We have put in place physical, electronic, and
managerial procedures designed to help prevent unauthorized access, to maintain
data security, and to use correctly the information we collect online. These
safeguards vary based on the sensitivity of the information that we collect and
store.
· No Security Guarantees. Although we take appropriate measures to
safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of Information, we cannot assure you
that Information will never be disclosed, altered or destroyed in a manner that
is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.
9- Children Under 13 Years of Age.
The Service is not directed to children. You
must be 13 years and older to register to use the Service. As a result, we do
not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If we
learn that information has been collected from a child under the age of 13, we
will delete that information as quickly as possible. We recommend that minors
between the ages of 13 and 18 ask and receive their parents’ permission before
using the Service or sending information about themselves or anyone else over
the Internet.
10- Changes to this Privacy Policy.
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to
time, at our sole discretion. Use of information we collect now is subject to
the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used.
11- Conditions of Use.
If you decide to visit or use the Service, your
visit and use and any possible dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy
Policy and our Terms of Service. If you do not agree
to this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.
